Huelva:

  • Doñana park area: duck rice or red crabs rice, cooked at El Rocío village by Manuela Caro González.
  • Aracena: Iberian ham private curation cave at museum-house of Isabel. Not available? Well, call the Secadero Eiriz in Jabugo and book their wonderful visit and tasting sessione. You may also feed their pigs with delicious acorn they love so much.
  • Huelva: white prawn, moorish tails at El Velero restaurant (with manzanilla wine), squid meatballs.
  • Palma del Condado: Sherry bodega Luis Felipe.
  • Moguer: strawberry cakes, orange wine at tavern of Manolo Raposo. Then a nice ride on donkeys.

Cádiz:

  • Sanlúcar: tiger prawns and manzanilla wine.
  • Cadiz city: Casa Manteca small restaurant: chicharrones de Cadiz (ancient La Viña neighborhood), then check the Carnival shop of Pepi Mayo and buy some mask. Restaurant Ventorrillo el Chato (established 1780) is where tapas were born, together with crawfish fritters.
  • Puerto de Santa María: experience the real Andalusian churros, by Charo Salguero Venegas’s bar, then visit the best seafood restaurant of Spain: chef Angel Leon, by his Aponiente restaurant. We have personally been there!
  • Jerez: Visit the Real Escuela Ecuestre (with the best host, master Rafael Soto), see the horses that won Olympics! Then visit famed sherry cellars Bodegas Tradición, where they still numbers the labels by hand, one bottle after the other.
  • Grazalema: Goat cheese (payoyo goats) from Carlos Ríos Moreno, he won huge prizes with his special blend 70% goat – 30% sheep. They also cook a delicious Merino Lamb in the oven.
  • Barbate y Vejer: Sashimi Andaluz by José Manuel Nuñez where you may also savor the onioned tuna. If you are a meat lover, the best experience of your life could be Restaurant La Castilleria.

We hope you enjoy one of these restaurants and have and unforgettable experience.
